MARA interview for overseas program 2012! :D

Yow Yow Yow! How are ya'll?? Ok, letmme share with you all my MARA interview this year.. :P

 p/s, guna bhsa campur2 je la.. ignore my grammatical error, my english mmg terok... hehehe~

Before interview ( 12th May, around  12 pm something ):
It was very very nerve wrecking!!! >< at that time, i took my bath and stare at myself in the mirror.. hehehe~ after that, its putting clothes time! XD i put on my gray formal shirt and my black formal trousers. and then my hair... OMG! i forgot to cut my hair and i had to style it as "THE NERD STYLE".. :P  then off to MRSM Kuching! XD I arrived there at around 1 pm, which was an hour earlier than the interview.. I arrived there, sweating a lot with a lot of butterflies in my stomach and a cold feet! >< at 1.30pm we  daftar ourselves and i was given a number ----> A2 <----- because i was the second to register.. hehe.. after the registration, we were instructed to wait at the waiting "lounge" or as i like to call it as "the comfidence killer corridor".. hehe.. seriously, waiting only makes me feel more nervous! >< but hey, i made friends there..! hahaha~ to overcome my nervousness, i talked to my fellow interviewees.. hahahaha~ XD they are :

A2 : Me! hehehe.. John from MRSM Betong : Waste Management ( Korea )

A3 : Abdul Jalil from Kolej Abdillah : Architecture ( UK )

A6 : Mohd something from Kolej Abdillah : Architecture ( UK )

A7 : Jesselin from Kolej Abdillah : Accountancy ( Middle East )

A8: TAK DATANG!! ahahahaha~ : D

During the interview ( delayed to 3.15pm >.< ) :

The usher called us to enter the room. We walked in in line and each of us smiled to the panels. The panels were two Malay woman and a Chinese woman. huhu~ In the room, there were tables arranged as if we were going to have a meeting, and the panel's table were approximately 1 metre away from ours.. huhu~ on our tables there were one sheet on white paper, a pencil and a pink laminated paper. As soon as we sit, the panels started giving us briefing. At that moment, i don't know why but i don't feel nervous anymore. i was normal. haha~ okok, then we were told to read the instructions on the pink paper and i was like , OMG THANK GOD!!   OUR TASK WAS ----> start a business using rm 100 000 as modal <--- ( My friends Athena, Ainul, Hidayat, Elviana and Ifan told me about that task, big big love to you guys!! :D ) As soon as the briefing ended, i immediately tell my gengs that i'll be taking the Operation Manager job in our company. hehe. We've discussed and discussed and then an agreement was achieved! We agreed to open an outlet ( food outlet ) using that money. And then, the discussion started.. At first, i was a little bit passive, only A7, A6 and A3 were active at the beginning. but then i realized that i can't be passive and i must breakout and shine so i started to become active, asked a lot of question, give a lot of opinions ( which most of them agreed with .. :) ). i was not the leader of the team , it was A6. but A6 was a bit selfish and he did not asked others opinion. I looked back and saw one of the panel standing at the back at me, improvising me.!! >< so, i started to ask for everyone's opinion and also helped to activate those who are passive in the middle of the session ( A1, A3, A4, A5 ) <---- seriously they were silent the whole session.. huhu~ kesian... And i wonder, ok now i'm the leader? hahahaah~ okokok, 40 minutes passed and the panels asked us to stop the discussion and present about our job and our role in making the business as a success.. :D our CEO was the first to present and the panels were questioning him and tembak2 him with A LOT of question! huhu~5 people presented and then it was my time.. the panels tembak2 them with a lot of killer questions you know?! huhuhu~  as for me, the first 2 minutes were fine, they understood what i've said although my english was a bit BROKEN.. huhu~ i managed to finish my presentation ( the others did'nt ) and the its Q & A time.. T.T the questions they asked me :

1) How do you expect people will come to your outlet during rush hour?

At rush hour of course people will come as rush hours are mainly at 6am for breakfast and 1pm for lunch. *then the panels laughed* T.T

2) oh really? Your CEO said that you only sell juices and milk for beverages. Malaysians love tea and coffee for breakfast and they love nasi lemak and roti canai than your fast food, do you think your food will be popular?

I am sure that our outlet will be popular because it is new and nowadays people loves to try something new for breakfast and lunch. even the breakfast food are being eaten during lunch and vice versa. 

*the panels laughed again*

3) Its rush hour, do you think your outlet will be full? What's the capacity of your outlet?  How many are you expecting when it opens at 6am?

Yes it will be full because of the food we sell is very special and is different than those that are being sold at mamak store and kfc. The capacity is 40 person, 10 tables with four seats each. we are expecting 50 costumers as soon as we open. ( bodoh ku sebut as soon as.. huhu.. disebabkn itu, aku tlh ditembak dgn soklan sterusnya )

4) what? your collegues said that the outlet is small and you are putting 10 tables? how small is that ? *panel semua ketawa* ok, if 40 people come immediately *other panels senyum2*, and you are expecting 50 people, so where will the other 10 sit? by the roadside? *one panel said "this business is not going well" and laughed*.

well, we didn't mean small literally. it is the sized of kfc. *one panel angguk2 setuju* yes, we are expecting 50 costumers , where 40 dine in and 10 TAPAU the food away! (OMG aku tersasul bahasa asing!!!! >< )

5) *muka blurr* TAPAU? what is that? 

errrr, i'm sorry, i was TERSASUL. *panel laughed* actually, what i'm trying to say is, 40 dine in and 10 buy take away food and eat it on their way to their workplace or during their break. *i smiled*

AND THE Q&A SESSION ENDED ( MINE LAHHH )... T_T

ishhhh ishhhh~ the panels we're laughing their a**es off at my answers!! >< but i remembered what the teacher told me, the panels will laugh or pekik2 at you to see your reaction towards their behaviour. and i was like, thank God i did'nt bluffed or panicked. hehe~ :) yeay yeay! haha~ well, next session was the Q & A for the selected candidates. fortunately i was not chosen! hihihi~ they chose A6 and A1.. the 2 questions were....

  

1) Are you satistied with this session? : A6

2) Do you think your group did well? : A1

And then the session ended! yessss finally!! :D we then got up and said thank you to the panels. ^^ they asked "anyone from mrsm?". and i raised my hand. they smiled and then put a tick on my borang. hmmmm~ i wonder what is that for.... huhuhuhuhuhuhuhuhu~ T.T

Post interview ( 4pm something until result kuar on 1st june ):
Perut laparrr~ so as soon as the interview ended i head to the canteen and have a meal with my parents. hehe. at that time, " YESSSS! NO MORE BURDEN! NOW I CAN RELAX! " hahaha~ and yes, i was a bit satisfied about the interview.. ^^ well, at least i've tried my best and give it my all! hihihi~ now, i'll just pray. PRAY A LOT. hihi~ dapat ke xdpt scholarship tu lain cerita laaa.. asal dpt masuk U.. hhihihi~ ^^ once again, Thank God for blessing my interview..! ^^
